Diario di Foxxy Kat, 21 gen 21

This is probably my favorite soup in the whole world. You could eat as much as you possibly can. It is so low calorie and full of wholesome flavor. I added kale, celery, and a few tablespoons of cider vinegar.

Yes cabbage soup is quite tasty but I did it once as an only food for 5 days. Sure I lost water weight but didn't learn anything and gain it plus some back. I will stick to enjoying a bowl for a few lunches with a salad, apple and nuts or a sandwich.

Yes, this is just for a few meals. Soups are good for planning ahead bc there's a lot of it. No one food should be a whole diet. LOL
