nothing exciting to note...followed the atkins diet, didnt work out as my back is pretty sore tonight and Im freaking tired. Working from home tomorrow so I will hit the gym, maybe a spinning class no sstress on the back. Its wine o'clock somewhere and Im not drinking wine. ugh. Thursday nights used to be MY NIGHT...oh well, once i get below 148 then wine nights will resume. I have 26 sleeps till my Cuba vacation...gotta lose at least 6 more pounds!!
