Thank you so much! 💕 Sweets are a big problem that’s why I don’t want have rest days, I ‘lol gain all my weight and diet should be a life style to be healthy I think. We’ll succeed soon! 👍

You are right diet should be a lifestyle. I started dieting 2 months ago. I quit 2 weeks ago and regained all the weight I lost😒. Diet should never be short term. Because when you quit, you will gain more weight than before. So this time I believe we will tackle this problem together. 😎Goodbye extra pounds😉

Yay, we think exactly the same..when you are overweight and you quit sweets, you’ll be an angry person, because you think that it’s what make you happy and it’s a bit true because of some hormones that make you think that, but if you lose weight in the right way, you’ll have the same approach with workout so it is healthier. I’d like to eat healthy food and to not be a slave of food, I’m sure we can do it if have this mentality!

As I understand you 😊. Everything I wanted to say was expressed in your conversation. There is not even anything to add😁. Candy is my life too🍮. I recently dropped out of candy and it’s really hard. From time to time I eat something sweet because I can't stand it. But the main thing is don't stopted💪
