What is it about cold weather that kicks in the "eat for comfort, not hunger" mode? I just want to wrap myself in a warm tortilla and chow on the refried beans today. :)
I did order mexican.. tossed the white warm evil carb wrappers and consumed the carne asada like it was crack. I did "splurge" on a couple of teaspoons of refried beans.... ;)

Steve, I love taco salads but I cannot refrain from the beans. The good thing, they are high in fiber. As long as you can limit yourself you should be fine. But being you had them, just limit your carbs elsewhere for the day.

You are too funny, probably without intending to be. Glad you enjoyed your mexican meal. And yes this cold sends us all into 'comfort mode'. Hope you are keeping warm.

I frequently do mexican. I order Fajitas and ditch the carb wrappers. Yum! I, too, cannot resist a couple tastes of the refried beans!
