Happy Thursday Friends - Another fantastic day in the making. Progress today. I had COVID last July and it was mild almost non symptomatic other than achy hip joints. My First COVID vaccine was in early January and I only had a goose egg lump and sore shoulder for a few days. Second COVID vaccine was Tuesday - and it was a bit rougher that the other - I felt really off and all of my joints were painful. fortunately today I am feeling better - not exactly 100%, but better. Hopefully this will contribute to returning to normal for us all. Headed to the gym tonight to work out the tightness and just get a good run in to clear my head. Back to the routine - coffee - meditation - exercise - work - family and then read something interesting and informative. Maybe a movie is in order this weekend. I hope that you can all find a routine that strengthens your soul and brings you joy.
