Wow I didnt expect to lose Fridays fun so fast! I was pretty hardcore yesterday with planning and tracking - now if I could just be like that everyday... I think I would get burned out honestly. But it made me feel good and I still enjoyed a couple little treats. I guess I need to reexamine this area and see how much preplanning I can do and still progress.
Today is Combat at the gym. It will be my first visit to the gym in a few weeks. I think Im going to have to do a little shoveling before I go and that does NOT excite me.
