Argh! Going backwards. I developed a bone spur in my hip and find running painful. Then I got a virus (not the virus) and was in bed for three days. But that does not affect my appetite🙄. And I have injured my other leg and can hardly walk. 😱

Yep, I highly recommend Aqua exercises if you have compromised joints. I’ve been doing about 5 sessions per week in the hydrotherapy pool at our Aquatic centre (Monash) since it reopened in early December. I could not have had the progress I’ve made without it.

running is a very violent exercise for your joints so like the previous suggestions swimming is insanely good for them. switching to exercise bikes can help too (you can burn around 140 calories every 15 minutes).
