Have not been eating right, let myself indulge in some junk. I feel gross though instead of better, so I’m going to try and right the ship. My husband doesn’t think he wants to be with me anymore, and the emotions took over.

Don’t stop trying to work on your weight management issue. You need to have a focus to concentrate on regardless of what ultimately happens with your marriage. Being able to succeed at this will be a wonderful esteem booster.
Self improvement , physical activity will help you deal with the emotional roller coaster. I hope there is still a fundamental basis for your marriage that can be built upon once again.

I've been there with the husband part ( now ex). Still am with the eating part. When my (ex) husband told me he wasn't sure if he wanted to be with me I finally started worrying about myself and not him. How could someone that supposedly loves you question if thet want to be me? So I focused on my new born and myself. I went from 260 lbs to 140!! Mistakes with food happen . We will never be 100% perfect everyday! We can't be down on ourselves for it but what we can do is wipe off the crumbs left on our shirt AND GET BACK IN THE WEIGHT LOSS GAME!!! You got this WE ALL DO!!
I currently went up some weight and here I am. Back on the journey. We all are on this journey together. Its easier to lose with friends and have accountability then do it alone.
