Snowed in day, and I can see how easy it is to overeat on a day like this. I'm still under my RDI (but I really don't like to eat more than 1400 with the light activity I've had today) but I ate 40 points worth of food on a 29 point allowance......thankfully I had some activity points earned to absorb all of it except a few, then I dipped into my weekly by 3. But experience tells me Friday will be a tough weigh-in day, even with being more strict tomorrow. BUT it's been a good learning day for me, so I'll chalk it up to "live and learn" :P

I know how you feel. Sometimes you just want to hide inside and relax and with that seems to come food cravings even if you aren't hungry. Here is what I have been doing. If I feel like I want to eat, but my stomach isn't growling, I drink water or coffee and try to do something to keep my mind busy so I don't eat anyway for no reason.

I've kept the coffee going today, the worst time will be late in the evening when I struggle anyway. Need to get off the couch and get more housework done today too :) Back to work tomorrow, I hope !!
