Stepped on the scale this morning and nearly fell over .. I lost another pound. I didn't expect that. 206 lbs this morning!!!

Today is very sunny even though it's still cold. I pulled all the curtains back so that the morning sunshine can pour in and make the house happy! :)

Steak, Coleslaw and peppermint tea for breakfast. I may have steak again later because I may be going to Boston Pizza with my girls and hubby this afternoon. They also have a delicious Grilled Chicken Ceasar salad ... we will see.

I ended up having only two meals yesterday because I was full. I went to bed and woke up around 3 am really hungry!!! I used the bathroom and went straight back to bed - there's no way I was going to feed that rumbling at that time of the morning. Next time I got up it was past 10 am .. hello? Don't know what happened there but I obviously needed to stay in bed late this morning! Yawn .... have a great day all!
