Day 1 nearly complete and hasn't been too bad. Dinner was the hardest especially when I know there are other foods in the house I could eat and did want to eat lol
Anyway shopping arrives tomorrow with lots of nice healthy food!
My goal for tomorrow is to exercise more and stay within my pro points (I'm on weight watchers)
