I have to say this weekend has been spectacular...I have gone a bit over my 1200 a day calorie limit but nothing severe and have worked out like crazy all weekend. I have read so many posts from people who are trying to lose so much weight and how difficult it can be. I remember when I was really overweight and how easy it was to want to quit...it takes a long time, determination but above all VISION. When I read peoples posts that have 60lbs or even 100lbs to lose ..well, those are the real fighters and when I see people that have accomplished that it proves to me how strong the human condition is when it really wants something. Our bodies are a direct reflection of what is taking place emotionally inside...unless of course that individual actually has a medical condition... Keep smiling everyone and remember...its a journey and for most a lifetime travel. There are no shortcuts.
