I feel good this morning. Although I deviated from my diet plan yesterday and didn’t end out the day so well, I don’t not feel discouraged today. Which is a huge change. My take away from yesterday is that I need to be more mindful of my health and eating habits, so that I set my son up with healthy habits in his life. I hope everyone has a great day!
