I soak my oats overnight so they're raw and give me the most nutrients. I'm eating my organic oats this morning with banana, sunflower seeds and maple syrup to give me lots of energy for my morning yoga routine!🍌💪 Does anyone else have plans to exercise?

HIIT = high intensity interval training. Basically you do an exercise intensely for about a minute or so then rest and so on. Works well!
