Im trying very hard not to beat myself up for getting off track. I have the workouts down just not the eating-I LOVE to eat! I thought about doing a cleanse to start me off right, but after midmorning-I WAS STARVED and I cant imagine that being good for my system either! Just tracking again and working out to the best of my ability. Wish me luck! Hope everyone else is doing well!

I love to eat too. Im doing npretty good on the eating part but need to be more consistent on my workouts. If I feel hungry when I shouldn't I just drink lots of water until its time to eat. Good Luck! We Can Do This!!!!!
