Good afternoon everyone, I would like to thank you for the encouraging words this morning. One minute I feel so motivated and confident that I can make these lifestyle changes and the next minute I feel so helpless that I want to just give up and pig out. I haven’t, but I’d be lying if I said I haven’t thought about it. Anyway, I really appreciate the community here. You all are making such a positive impact on my life and I thank you.

Thanks for your share, i share your thoughts too, was down almost a pound, made some spli pea and lentil soup thurs and been eating that with protein bars, 👍👍
