i often fall asleep..while meditating..does that mean i get to relaxed...lol

Lol...no that's what I use it for. It helps me shut my brain off so I dont go round and round and round with my thoughts and can actually fall asleep.

Going for walks by the ocean helps me to sleep better at bedtime
