Good morning everyone! Yesterday, I had my appointment with a nutritionist who helped me tweak my diet a little bit here and there and also helped me to put together many options for meals. She recommended that I eat less fruit(weird right?) and more protein. She also gave me some tips to increase my daily protein intake. I have also decided to start weighing weekly instead of daily. I’m letting the number on the scale influence my mood, which then in turn influences my food decisions. I hope everyone has a happy and healthy weekend.
