I ate more than fifteen of this, and for the first time since i started my diet i don't feel guilty at all, I'm enjoying every single bites of this, also thankfully for my body can be work together with me, its really hard to see people can eat what they want but forget all that mindset live is once and its all about balance, for me forcing my body to not eat what i think its bad can be end of binge eating, just enjoy your life, now i can enjoy what my mom cook for me Do i still on my diet? Of course yes, sometimes i crave sweet like this and maybe the other days i crave chips or some savory thing and of course another day i still eat healthy Honestly first time when i started my diet, i ate only 1000 calorie and i think i ate less than that, and the impact is i lost my period i don't get mine for 3 months, and now i don't strict my body i don't starve my stomach, for you who's struggle with food or something liks that i recommend to watch linda sun she's inspired me and change my life so much, maybe any recommendations about youtube channel like linda sun hehe So sory if i choose wrong grammer masih mau belajar bahasa inggris jadi mau biasain pake bahasa inggris 😉
