Meals and snacks for today. Lunch was some beef and veg, dinner was some hot curry, herbs, rice and salad & snacks included the addictive ww chips and a mad Max chocolate milkshake. Still under calories 😁 had orientation from 9-6, so no exercise today.

1196 kcal Gras: 60,52g | Prot: 80,00g | Carb: 82,66g.   Colazione: Woolworths Hand Cooked Sticks. Pranzo: Cooked Vegetable Combinations (Broccoli, Carrots, Corn and Cauliflower), Beef Steak. Cena: Potato, White Rice, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Carrot Salad, Lamb Curry. Snacks/Altro: Clover Super M. Di più...

Side note: just made the yummiest cheese toasties with the freshest unsliced bread for my family and did not have one bite 😌 I feel proud.

Hi Pollylock1. You have no idea how hard it was. Initially DIDNT do any exercise, but while they were eating, went and did 30 minutes of Zumba so that I wouldn’t be tempted 😂😂😂 exercise is a life saver.
