Last night I had pains in my leg. I was dead tired from all the exercising and I think I am coming down with something. This morning I woke up for my morning run and my legs were still hurting. I started to run but after 2 minutes stopped. I just couldn't do it. I ended up walking around the park for an hour. I plan on going to the gym later tonight. I might just do 20 minutes of the elliptical machine and 20 minutes on the bike, going at a moderate pace. I want to start weight lifting today.
