Well I've lost .3 of a lb! Not a lot but it's going in the right direction.
On Saturday I had 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, this resulted in a big gain of 1.5lb yesterday. Glad this water disappeared and the .3lb of course.

Proud of you Jen and yes it is going in the right direction. Any loss is a great loss. Hang tough. It will come off. Soy sauce does have a lot of sodium in it. I'm sure that is where your water weight came from. Have a wonderful day.:)

:) :) :) I'm very happy as normally a 1b might have been put on 'in my previous Atkin free life' lol. I think I'm the lightest I've been for a year or so.
