Told self today..nothing over 5 miles....
Happy 😃 time after easy ride....
I pick short course....less then 5 miles...did the course...turned around just to add on to the 2 mile course...all the down hills became up hills...elevation....a sweaty workout for sure....or...that could be from all the hall cough drops...whichever...I’m feeling pretty perky today...
Walmart today...was pouring down rain yesterday..I might melt....and it would have cut into my 3hour naps I was going into when I was getting over whatever I was fighting...it’s nice to feel better...and not feel so run down and sneezing...
Had another loss this morning...not sure what to think...kinda thinking water...and even muscle since I’ve been off trainer for 4 days...but could be wrong...not sure how fast you lose muscle....
Welp.....that time again...fill the electrolytes bottle...maybe a second ride...maybe not....
