Low carb, high fat, high calorie day yesterday. Had sleeping difficulty again and got up really early. You know the connection between sleep and weightloss (at least I have noticed it for myself) -no surprise I am up a pound to 205. I am quite fine because it will go soon. I spent the whole day cooking up a storm and freezing some. That should do it for awhile:)

The kids are off on march break so I am not sure I will be able post regularly but I will try. I will continue to weigh everyday even if I can't post, that way I don't lose sight of my daily weight. I made a particularly good batch of fatbombs (I cant resist them) and used a liquid sugar substitute instead of splenda ... I think it tastes better.

I have to make all this food and treats because my kids are home and I don't want to be tempted by their food. It's important to plan ahead. I am making a trip to dufflets pastries with the kids to get them some treats and order my 9 yr old's birthday cake on wednesday! It will be a test!! For people from Toronto you may know what I am talking about ...... dufflets is famous for their sinnnnful cakes and pastries but I will have to resist. I will have a big meal and fatbombs before I go. I hope you are all having a fabulous sunday.
