I’m only 2.6 lbs from my 25# loss goal. Been chipping away at it for a little over a year. I’ve tried every food plan available but have found the guidelines of No bad food, it’s all about calorie density and making better choices while logging food and watching calorie intake have worked fir me. some foods that I thought were healthy have been holding me back. So your entries here have encouraged and kept me going. The food pictures are amazing....we have some real chefs among us. I don’t journal here much, but I just wanted to thank you for the encouragement and shout out kudos for all your successes too! We got this!
