I am down another pound so I am down to 203 lbs. Had a good night's sleep and it shows on the scale this morning. It's snowing like crazy town outside and blowing around like a blizzard. I may go out later as my oldest wants to see a movie (youngest wants to stay home with dad).
This morning I had beef for breakfast and a cup of almond milk (I said it before and I will say it again I won't ever go back to cow's milk). Later I may have some salmon. There is what is left of a small black and white cake from Dufflet's that my whole family indulged yesterday. Lastmyear this time I would have had 2 or more slices already, but things are different now and I did not have a crumb. I can't wait for it to be gone out of my house - I will help it along by giving a slice to my sister today. In the meantime, Fatbombs help me to feel less deprived. I am going to make coconut bark today as I bought one of my favourite coconut oils yesterday (made by Organika - fragrant and coconutty). I also started the bee pollen supplement so I am counting on relief for my perimenopausal symptoms. TOM has not showed up yet but all the other relatives did, irritability, bloating, cramps, and cravings to name a few. Arrrgh ....serenity now!!!! Have a good day friends.
