Heavy on the fatbombs today ...... it was to fight the cake urge ( ie the Dufflet's cake that is still in the kitchen). I should have stopped at 2. Anyway, I countered some of it by slowly starting my exercise again. Focus was on the lower body. I hope it doesn't hurt too much tomorrow. I plan to do some cardio tomorrow. The snow cleaning guy left and then a new dumping of snow arrived. I went out with my hubby to clean up (I got some extra workout :) ). One great thing happened ... I put on a pair of jeans to clean the snow and it was huge. So huge in fact it fell off while I was cleaning the snow ... it was great! !
