Ok, feeling pretty good about today. Hopefully the scale agrees with me tomorrow.

Went to yoga class and even afterwards still had a little energy. I really wanted something fattening, like a burrito or a pizza. Instead, I settled for some air popped popcorn with a little melted margarine. The rest of my eatting was pretty healthy too. *fingers crossed for tomorrow mornings daily scale visit.*
