hav done half my exercises for today & feeling really motivated 💜 my app says ive burnt off 499 calories through doing 3 of my exercise plans over an hour & 25minute session 👍 will take my daughter for a jog tonight, after her dinner n bath. then relax after she's in bed for tha night. life is great 🥰🌺🦋
