Diario di Miss Lutzke, 16 mar 14

It's been really hard lately to stay motivated. The baritrics program I was in has been closed because the surgeon is leaving... of course this is right after I had been approved for surgery. I have lost a good amount of weight on my own (enough to prove that I am serious about changing my habits and doing the type of lifestyle changes to have a bariatric surgery). Though I have found new program 2 hours away, I still feel frustrated about the entire situation. I go so close only to have a huge road block placed before me.

On top of that, I plateaued on loosing weight. So I have had to decrease my caloric intake by 200 (1400 instead of 1600). Nothing too crazy, but 1400 is harder to stay under by a lot. I'm really struggling with it. But I think that once I see more results that I will be happy.

Besides the bad things, I'm trying to work out. I joined a gym. And I'm happy to see the results that about 30lbs gone brings.

Don't give up. You have come so far. Maybe they can recommend another program. Besides you have proven to yourself that you can do this. Good luck.

You're doing great things! You've lost a lot of weight. You found a new group al beit 2 hours away. And you joined a gym. Celebrate your successes with a manicure, pedicure, massage, or sessions with a trainer.
