My day was packed today and there will be a repeat performance tomorrow. I only had time for a quick breakfast, so I ended up having 2 pieces of salmon. That was it for the day until dinner just now and I am done for the night. I had 3 small squares of dark chocolate for dessert. I think the bee pollen is really working with my pre - menopausal issues. I hope it keeps helping. I weighed in at 202 lbs today ......soooooo close. Another 3 lbs and I am in onederland. Let's see if it happens by March 31.
