Diario di clt, 25 feb 09

I am trying to figure out how many calories I ate at lunch and I just can't figure it out. I went to TGI Fridays and had the Chicken Tostada Salad. It contains a whopping 950 calories omg. However, I ate it without dressing. I only ate half the chicken and did not eat the chips. so I know half the chicken, lettuce, corn, and pico da gallo was not 950 calories. Still clueless...
On the upside I was estatic about the 5.5lb weight loss during my detox. I am hoping to reach my goal by April no later than May....
