Normal take sundays off..depending on zwift miles...I’m behind this week a lot...may ride later after lunch...not sure yet...it won’t get me where I need to be...but that’s fine...in the end it’s the light at the end of the tunnel that counts...
I think everyone on my street cut grass yesterday...well almost everyone...I still don’t think it’s all that tall...but gonna go walk around later...I kno by Wednesday or Thursday they are calling for rain...in no hurry to play the grass game of cut grass 2x per week...to stay ahead of it....

I talked to a pro cyclist that’s been telling me for 3-4 years how I should be eating to get the weight off...as you can see...I don’t listen...and he’s not me....I’m hoping by summer to have lost even more to show him...consistency will tell...
