To make it taste a bit sweeter I freeze ripe bananas and grapes 🍇🍌 and add some to the berries and veg.

I wouldn't be without my bullet. I bought mine about 14 years ago. I make my summer smoothies with a big handful of icecubes, it's like an indulgent milk shake. My kids love their summer smoothies like that too. I use mostly frozen fruit, so much easier. Also, I find almond milk gives them that creamy taste.
