SO I have started going to the gym a little more regularly. I usually spend about a 1/2 hour on the stair climber or elliptical and than do 1/2 hour of leg and arm weights and a 10 to 15 minute walk. I haven't lost an ounce so that is a little frustrating, but I am hopefull. tomorrow night I start a exercise class at the local gym. It is 2 nights a week for eight weeks. Hopefully this helps to get the weight moving.
