Back pains ouch!!!! 198 lbs today. now if I can get this back pain under control :(.

I can vouch for how much back pain sucks! Today is my first really bad day in a couple months. Mine is because I tried "Sumo Wrestler Squats" on Tuesday and Thursday. I might have to cut those out...

Thanks all. It's cramping my style as I can't workout as I would like but I know it can't go on forever. At least I can walk. :)

Yikes Gillian, I've only been doing regular squats and they are hard enough for me.
