197 lbs again today .... oh my, hope it holds or goes down. Things are looking good. The weather is fantastic and my back is feeling a bit better so I plan to go for a long walk today with my daughter. I am so focused on my eating right now. I just need to get my exercise back in gear. So several weeks ago I thought I made a discovery that high fat and low carb does not work for me. I now have an update. it appears that lchf can work for me as long as my carbs are maintained at a very low level and my calories are under1440. I have realized most of my weightloss since January under this scenario (high fat). I plan to stay this course until I am at goal or close to goal. I will start playing with my macros to validate my sensitivity to weight gain once I am close to goal. By then I am aiming to have my exercise at the level needed to keep my body strong and fit. I foresee maintenance with higher carbs but I will NEVER go back to the way things were and low-carb (100 carbs or less) will be my WOL forever.
