I only lost one pound this week...
BUT I AM OUTTA THE 200'S FOR LIFE! I'm so happy and so proud of myself. I lost the weight eating normal foods and I'm more active now than ever!
I can't wait til next week to see what I lost this week. I'm right back on track after my little chocolate chip cookies and noodles melt down. Thank God. I'm realizing again that it is JUST food. So not a big deal.
I have now lost a total of 21 pounds and counting!!! I'm only 79 pounds away from my goal! Nothing is going to stop me this time. I have changed and am changing my life.

isnt it a great feeling, knowing that each pound you lose is another pound that makes you feel better about yourself..and like you said a messup is not the end of the world, just a lesson along this long journey to a healthier body..

Way to go! I'm so proud of you for not letting that mishap last any longer!! Again, it must have been in the air but after my mishap last Sunday with the cookies... I've been on top of my game! Keep going, you're doing awesome!!!

That's so crazy that we both had issues with those cookies! I always have them in the house and they usually don't bother me. I'm not the only person who lives here and have to consider other people's food as well, so not having them in the house isn't an option. It wouldn't be fair to anyone but me. Usually I don't pay them any attention but I sure crushed them the other night.
