Diario di Katirae, 04 feb 11

This is yesterday's weigh-in, didn't get around to recording it yesterday. I am pretty okay with this. I know that as much as I have been running and working out, and as carefully as I have been eating, there is no way I have gained a pound of fat, so I am not going to fret over one pound. I am trying not to stress about my weight in the next few weeks, just making sure that I am fueling my body properly for all the miles I'm going. Last weekend's long run was 15.5 miles, and this Sunday I will be going 16 miles.
