Good morning everyone. Hope everyone is enjoying their day.
Had to laugh at myself this morning Years on and off have been on diets always counting calories doing keto - weight watchers etc every diet involved calorie counting. Now supposedly I’m an intelligent person having worked in the medical field for years as a visiting nurse For some reason I was concentrating on my macros after only having 2 cups of coffee wondering I why basically I had a small percentage of fat logged (on keto into my diary Duh. Always concentrating on calories guess didn’t help. Bottom line after all these years and numerous times attempting to do keto the light went on. Always used fat free half n half and wondered why my fat count was always lower than I wanted. Well after all these years “thought” if I added heavy cream Walla my fat count increased. Miracle some brain cells finally kicked in Lol
