Ok, so back from vacation and I was afraid to get on the scale but had to know what had happened. I had eaten more carbs yesterday than I should have but was fairly active all week. I may still have to pay the piper for them but was a half pound down!! Whoo Hooo! I was thrilled not to have gained and would have been happy to maintained. Breakfast is a tough one when not actually eating at a restaurant. We had to do fast food a few mornings and low carb friendly they aren't. I had to opt for pulling egg, bacon and cheese off a biscut one morning.
