🍳I cook my eggs in a nonstick frypan without any butter or oil. heat the pan, crack eggs into it, turn the gas right down and let the bottom of the eggs get firm, then add just a splash hot water to the pan and put a lid on for about 30 seconds. Perfectly cooked eggs!!
With the bacon fry it, drain and pat off any excess oil or fat.
Then put it on a plate in the microwave with a few layers of paper towel both underneath and over it.
Zap it for 30 seconds and let sit for 30. Heaps more fat will be forced out of it.
