Good morning f/s family. Weight remains stable even with increase of activity Now off keto for a few days wondering about stall in weight loss. Continue eating healthy with carbs generally around the mid to high 20’s but not focusing on carbs like I was doing. This is a new way of eating for me after many attempts with keto and attempting to keep my carb count at 10%. Not sorry with change due to it has given me a wider span of foods. Also besides increasing activity increased my fiber intake Eating below my RDI is also a plus since no longer adding fats to meet my goal of 70% fats. Assuming my steady weight is possibly change in diet or that usual stall. Who knows. Going to continue - just needed a diet that I can live with and find my happy place not being depressed and hovering over my diary attempting to make my numbers be perfect.

I have to agree with you was trying low carb which got the first 20 off but now I am stuck and I am going to start adding carbs back in but follow dietary regs and stay within my number

As we get closer to our goals, a drop in daily calories is necessary. Smaller bodies don't need as many calories as bigger bodies do. Women can safely go with consuming 1200-1500/day to lose, and exercise is bonus to assist in speeding up weight loss. Reducing your calories might be the next step.
