Hope all my fs family are having a sparkling day weight not budging but attempting not to focus on it. My activity has increased so I attempt not to get discouraged. Eating healthy and below my RDI. Also known eating stir fries and using soy sauce in recipe is causing my retention of fluids. Ran to store and picked up a bottle of low sodium soy sauce. Guess that’s a start. Most of all need to retrain my brain to increase my fluids but after so many years of being unable to drink due to my job this isn’t easy. I keep a bottle of H2O with me all the time but .... trying all the tricks in the book I get a “D-“. Pathetic to know your wrongs but continue to do time after time
Oh well time to move on. Overwhelmed with things I need to do around my house. Hard to divide inside and outdoors. Hopefully at some point will get my gazebo top on. Have mulch to put down but decided to change my border so my mulch stop washing into grass with heavy rain. Oh my laundry also and dusting. Which way to go doc
