Last night I ate Kentucky Fried Chicken and I ate the crust. I was really worried about the carbs, but I looked it up this morning and one breast has 9 carbs and 2 fiber. I didn't blow it quite as bad as I thought. We are in the middle of moving so I didnt have my scales to weight myself this morning!!! It makes me feel a little good that I have been able to cheat just a little without falling into a carb fest. The last time I did atkins one little cheat led to me quitting and going back to my old ways. Not this time!!!

I used to have slip ups and give up. I think this site is helping that not happen again!I think a KFC is probably a safer slip up than some other things you could've had. Good luck with the move :)

yeah... dont be too hard on yourself. :) You are doing so well! And if you slipped up and ate something loaded with carbs... the thing to do is just get back on track right away. Once in a great while it wont hurt you if you dont abuse it. keep up the great work! Your gonna be a skinny minni in a pokadot bikini in no time!! :)
