Fail: I had to choose between letting my son eat the giant cookie topped with vanilla ice cream drizzled with chocolate syrup by himself and go through a sugar rush all night or race to eat as much as I can of it to lessen his sugary intake but have a high calorie intake myself... (his grandma just loves seeing the excitement in his face when he eats ice cream, but forgets about how easy my side of genes easily get obese and get diabetic, even as a young child...)

Win: Had a great rest day!

Exercise: none.. wonder if I'm so tired because I'm letting the soreness keep me from moving...

- lunch: halibut, spring mix, balsamic vinaigrette
- dinner: house salad with balsamic vinaigrette, baked potato with sour cream and chives, chicken breast with bacon and cheddar cheese, prime rib, chocolate drizzled on a cookie topped with vanilla ice cream
