Hi there ☘️ it doesn't matter if you fall 99 times, the only thing that matters is that you stood back up 100 times. We all go through stages of falling off the wagon - it's probably happened to me at least 10 times in the last 18 months... You got this though!

As long as you recognise it, you are halfway there. You can now make it a choice. And believe me, I consciously make that choice daily. And end up making the wrong decision more than I care to admit. As long as you are aware and honest with yourself, you are good.
