One kilogram down the change up in cardio has dropped this though to be fair cleaning up nutrition also this is in first week also. This weather has me in a funk , runny nose , congested , feeling flat though proud to be pushing through and getting down what I need too. Just started repping for boost nutrition and am focusing on a thermogenic supplement which is helping substantially with pushing through my workouts even when I’m not feeling one hundred percent. Only burnt 500 calories this morning and I’m aiming for 650-700 daily. So I will push through an upper body workout later this afternoon in the comfort of home sweet home ❤️
