Diario di mschristanti, 14 giu 21

Sudah tepat 1 tahun yang lalu aku mulai diet sehat :)
Progress? Takes time tapi worthy banget!
Do I have lose skin? iya donk, kayanya hal itu ga mungkin di hindari untuk orang-orang yang pernah obesitas seperti aku. Tapi don't worry, nobody's perfect, yang penting jangan lupa untuk bersyukur atas pencapaian kita :)

Do I want to remove my lose skin? yes ofc. Tapi in healthy way (not surgery) otherwise ga masalah sih untuk aku, I embrace it. Yang penting we got our confidence dan tentunya tetep sehat. :)

Next goal? Pengen ngelatih abs dan improving my nutrition karna kayanya masih banyak yang harus di pelajari. And ofc trying to improve my mental health and my body image issue. Fighting! :)
85 kg Perso fino ad ora: 37 kg.    Rimanenti: 10 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Hi sis. Just want to say how proud I am of you. We dont know each other but I can see that youre an awesome girl. I am also trying to heal my mental health, I'd been known as an obese all my life, and I am not gonna talk about how much ppl toxic words about my body messed with my head. I dont want it to get to me but when the toxic words being said again and again for so many times and for a looong time I cant help it and it gets to my skin and messing with my head. Even now when I already lost almost 35kgs, ppl still body shaming me. And I realize that people will always talk shits, family or the ppl you r close with who should be ur supporter but instead they could be the one who messed up with ur head the most. I dnt give a damn anymore about what they say but yes trying to heal for my mental health is not easy as I thought it would be. So cheers to all of you who are battling mental health because of those ppl who body shaming us so horribly. Much love!

@melvyea: hey cantik, thanks for sharing your experienced and big respect for you <3 kamu juga wanita yang kuat banget loh karna mampu dan masih mau berjuang untuk beating your mental issue. Semua yang bikin mental kita down indeed karna orang2 sekitar kita yang toxic dan selalu bikin kita down (bikin traum). Jadi walaupun mau sekurus apa kita, kita bakal susah puas, Itu yang harus kita battle!!! It takes time banget, karna tiap kita mau sembuh, orang2 toxic itu ga suka lihat kita bahagia dengan pencapaian kita dan bakal coba untuk bikin kita down lagi dan lagi. Thats why, I learned alot like dont expect any compliment for those people. If you diet, do it for yourself. Their standard is impossible dan walaupun kamu achieve, they still not gonna be happy with your result. Try to enjoy the progress and dont forget to give appreication/rewards everytime u achieve something! dan jangan lupa selalu bersyukur atas pencapaian kamu karna cuma kamu yang bisa melakukan itu. Stay strong and love u back! <3

Kak gimana sih cara squat buat org obesitas,karena aku sendiri kalau squat gak kuat lama2,lutut sakit banget.

@kuekeringkukiskita: dulu banget aku pas started squat itu cuma 5 gerakan, dan itu sekitar 60 detik per sesi. Aku pake videonya XHIT video, dan itu squat nya basic banget cuma high squat sama lunge yang simple. Terus setelah 3 bulanan, aku tambahin gitu. Perlahan aja nambahin nya karna otot kita juga harus terbiasa sih apalagi kalau obesitas. Kamu pelan2 aja squat nya, ga perlu terlalu cepet. Sekuatnya aja. Nanti lama2 pasti bisa nambah durasi dan lebih bagus gerakannya, practice makes perfect :)
