oh dear.. I just realized when seeing my current weight that I didn't log yesterday 😅 yesterday's weight was 138.6, 30min jogging, 1hr strength training, and 1446 calories consumed (again that wine lol)
Fail: didn't get much water in today.. that makes 2 days in a row. I gotta do better tomorrow
Win: squeezed in a HIIT workout today that my body is already feeling. Anyone got tips on getting around those body aches to keep pushing through? It always makes it so hard to wake up in the morning
